Analysis of data from 663 grocers shows that NTR clip/redeems vastly exceed those of mobile and web channels. Per‑merchant medians show that the NTR produces roughly four times as many interactions as the mobile app and generates ~14 times more redemptions. While NTR channels dominate engagement, mobile and web remain valuable supplementary channels that allow grocers to reach shoppers outside the checkout lane.
