Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Retail Media, the Business Analyst will have responsibility for managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns for CPG clients. The position will also support data insights development for AppCard’s CPG platform. The role is ideally based in our Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, hard-worker and has strong organizational skills. Success in the role will require strong analytical skills to fully understand the diverse needs of a wide variety of CPG campaigns and tailor insights and reporting unique to each account.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000
AppCard is looking for a business oriented, tech savvy Customer Success Manager to deliver loyalty marketing solutions to our clients. This role will allow you to position our industry leading products and execute data-driven marketing strategies to our largest clients.
Customer Success is an absolutely vital function to the long-term profitability and growth of AppCard. It is the core of any organization, providing support to customers, consultation through expertise and facilitating an experience worth telling others in the business community about. The right candidate will be a leader, mentor, analytical problem solver with a touch of empathy for their employees and clients alike. AppCard is looking for a seasoned professional that can lead from the trenches and instill a methodical work ethic in their team. The activities the VP of Customer Success will own, evolve and ultimately master will include: On-boarding new clients, support services, consultation services, advocacy, retention and up-sells. If you are a flexible leader capable of evolving processes and your way of approaching and solving problems, we want you. (e.g., on-boarding, marketing support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.).
**This role is full-time from our NYC office**
As the Director of Card Acquisition & Lifecycle Growth, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing AppCard’s cardholder growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle. In the first six months, the role will likely be weighted heavily toward acquisition: building the funnel, improving conversion, driving approved accounts, activation, and first purchase. Over time, the role will broaden to own lifecycle growth for the card program, including activation, early engagement, repeat usage, share of wallet, out-of-grocery spend, retention, and long-term cardholder value.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, compliance, operations, analytics, and external card partners, including our issuer and retail partners, to build scalable cardholder growth programs across in-store, digital, loyalty, email, SMS, app, web, direct mail, onboarding, lifecycle, and retailer-specific channels. The ideal candidate will combine credit card acquisition experience, lifecycle marketing discipline, strong analytical skills, consumer marketing creativity, and practical execution skills.
This role is highly strategic but also hands-on. The Director of Card Acquisition & Lifecycle Growth will be expected to create acquisition and lifecycle playbooks, test messaging and offers, improve conversion and engagement rates, partner with retailers, analyze funnel and portfolio performance, and help build the foundation for a high-performing card growth engine.

Jeremy is a pioneer in loyalty marketing. Prior to AppCard he was CEO of Aimia (TSX: AIM) where he led a dramatic turnaround across several loyalty-related businesses. His extensive industry experience includes six years as founding CEO at Premier Loyalty & Marketing, where he created the world’s first airline loyalty business to attract capital from a strategic investor. Jeremy has also served as an Operating Partner in the loyalty sector with Advent International. He has served on a number of boards including Aimia, Premier Loyalty & Marketing, LifeMiles, Fidelity Marketing and BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd. Jeremy has an MBA from INSEAD and graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University.
Candidate may be located anywhere in the continental United States. If the candidate is living in the New York City area, then on-site presence at our office in the Financial District is expected.
This is a pure sales role. Your job is to generate revenue. Reporting directly to the SVP of Retail Media, the Grocery CPG Digital Media Sales Manager is a hunter position with one mandate: close new business and exceed quota every single month. You will own the full sales cycle; from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and contract close; targeting CPG brands and agencies with AppCard’s industry-leading retail media and shopper data solutions.

Revenue Generation & Quota Attainment
▪ Relentlessly prospect, pitch, and close new CPG partner accounts to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
▪ Own and grow a high-value book of business with a clear focus on net new revenue
▪ Build and execute a strategic sales pipeline targeting high-value CPG brands and agency partners
▪ Lead high-stakes negotiations with C-suite and brand-direct stakeholders to secure long-term media partnerships
Account Expansion & Upsell
▪ Directly manage and optimize client ad spend to maximize campaign ROI and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities
▪ Identify whitespace within existing accounts and drive rapid account expansion
▪ Leverage AppCard’s shopper data and analytics to build ROI-driven sales narratives that generate immediate client commitment
Market Intelligence & Strategy
▪ Monitor CPG market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging retail media opportunities to sharpen your sales approach
▪ Identify and exploit competitive gaps to position AppCard as the must-buy retail media solution
▪ Ensure all marketing and event activity is directly tied to pipeline development and revenue conversion
▪ 5+ years of proven, quota-crushing sales performance in CPG, grocery retail tech, or digital media
▪ Demonstrated track record of closing multi-million dollar deals and managing significant advertising budgets
▪ Expert-level consultative selling skills with the ability to close at the brand-direct and C-suite level
▪ Deep understanding of CPG organizational structures, media buying, and campaign performance metrics
▪ Strong analytical horsepower; you can turn shopper data into a compelling revenue story for any client
▪ A hunter mentality: you are energized by prospecting, comfortable with rejection, and relentless in pursuit of the close
▪ Excellent communicator across all organizational levels; from field sales reps to the CMO
▪ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the only thing that matters is results
AppCard rewards performance. This role includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and stock options; meaning your earnings are directly tied to your results.
This role can be based anywhere in the continental United States. Significant travel is expected for trade shows and industry events. Candidates in the New York City area are expected to work on-site at our Financial District office.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) should be a self starting and goal oriented individual. An ideal candidate is a quick learner, hard-worker and has strong organizational skills. Success in the role will require adherence to a specific administrative process but will also require candidates to think quickly as their prospecting efforts will require the ability to tailor conversations to a diverse set of grocery professionals in a variety of geographies across the United States. The successful candidate will be able to create opportunities and start the sales process leading to contract signing and entry into the company CRM (Salesforce).
